Shipping Policy

NovuCraft has inventory in multiple locations around the world. We ship orders from the nearest fulfillment center depending on the destination, regardless of the sales channel.

We ship from Germany and China.

Processing Time for Shipping

All orders are processed within 2 business days once payment has been confirmed*.

If the order is placed before 12 PM, it will be shipped the same day. If the order is placed after 12 PM, it will be shipped on the next business day.

We ship from Monday to Friday and not on weekends or public holidays.

Some carriers (UPS, B2C Europe, DHL Express) do not scan packages upon pickup from our warehouse, and the tracking page may not reflect same-day processing. Rest assured that the announced total delivery time remains unchanged.

  • If payment is made via PayPal eCheck, order confirmation is delayed to allow the check to clear (7 business days). If you selected PayPal eCheck as your payment method and completed the payment process, your order has been placed, but shipping will be delayed by 7 days, in addition to the standard delivery times mentioned below.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We only ship to P.O. boxes within mainland United States.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

We will send you a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once the carrier has picked up the package from our fulfillment center. This may take 1 to 2 business days after your order.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

NovuCraft is not responsible for customs fees and taxes imposed by local customs authorities on your order. All fees charged during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (customs duties, taxes, etc.).

In the following regions (mainland only), no customs duties are charged: United States, Canada, Australia, and the European Union.

Outside these regions, customs fees may apply depending on local authorities. In particular, for Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway, etc., Perifit does not prepay any customs duties.

Damages

NovuCraft is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you did not receive your order or received it damaged, please contact the carrier or our support team directly (novulimited11@gmail.com) to file a claim. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide* and standard shipping is free.

* Excluded: United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Brazil, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Russia, and North Korea
